Where we work
Six markets, one standard of work
Same packages, same photographers, same turnaround wherever the listing is. A travel fee applies outside the standard serviceable area and is always confirmed before you book.
Fresno, CA
Fresno is our home market and where most of our shoots happen. From Tower District bungalows and Fig Garden ranches to new construction in the north and investment duplexes downtown, we've photographed most of the housing stock this city has.

Clovis, CA
Clovis listings sell on neighbourhood as much as square footage. Buyers move here for the schools, Old Town and the trail system — so we shoot the property and the setting it sits in.

Madera, CA
Madera County listings often come with land — acreage, outbuildings, vineyards, wells and long driveways. Ground photos can't explain a parcel, which is why almost every Madera shoot leans on the drone.

Visalia, CA
Visalia agents compete with listings from across Tulare County, and buyers frequently come from out of the area. Strong photography plus a floor plan or 3D tour does most of the qualifying before anyone drives over.

Hanford mixes historic homes around the Courthouse Square with newer neighbourhoods and county acreage. Each needs a different approach — character homes reward careful interior work, county parcels reward the drone.

Beyond the main cities, we shoot across the Valley and up into the foothills — Sanger, Reedley, Selma, Kingsburg, Dinuba, Kerman, Friant, Coarsegold, Tollhouse and Shaver Lake. Small-town and mountain listings get the same package, the same look and the same turnaround.
