The story
Born in Caracas. Settled in Fresno.
"I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Over the last 20 years I had the opportunity to live in several great places — London, Barcelona, Ridgefield Connecticut — and now my family and I have settled in Fresno, California."

Philosophy
Photograph the property, not the effect.
A listing photo has one job: make the right buyer want to stand in that room. That means honest colour, straight lines, clean composition and light that looks like the best hour of the day rather than a filter.
It also means shooting the whole property — the lot, the setting, the street, the view from above — because a buyer scrolling at midnight is deciding whether the place is worth their Saturday.
And it means showing up on time, delivering fast, and making you look like the most professional agent in the listing appointment. That last part is the actual product.

Every flight is legal, insured and planned. Controlled airspace near Fresno Yosemite and Chandler is handled with authorisation ahead of the shoot, so the aerials you promised your seller actually happen.
